Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund of your first payment

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount you paid for your first period. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter how much of the course you have used.

When we refund the first payment, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends at that time.

2. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for (see Cancelling).

We will refund a renewal:

• if it was charged after we received your email asking us to cancel;
• if you were charged by mistake (for example, twice for the same period);
• where the law where you live requires it.

In other cases we may still refund at our discretion, so please contact us if something went wrong.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email support@vijasi.com from the email address you paid with (if you can't, include it in your message) and tell us you'd like a refund. You don't need to fill in a form.

We aim to handle refund requests within 3 business days. The money goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

4. Please contact us before disputing a charge

If you don't recognise a charge or something is wrong, email us first: it is usually the fastest way to get your money back. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.

5. Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live. If those laws give you more, you get more.
