Terms of Service

1. Who we are and these terms

Vijasi (vijasi.com) is operated by Zobalabs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Vijasi (“Vijasi”, “we”, “us”). Our address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at support@vijasi.com.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use our website, take the quiz, buy a subscription or use the courses (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

These Terms are available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version applies.

2. Who can use Vijasi

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or buy a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you are.

Use an email address that you own and can access: we send your learning plan, sign-in codes and important notices to it.

3. The Service

Vijasi offers online lessons that teach practical skills with AI tools, delivered in the browser. Course content, the order of lessons and the features of the Service may change as we improve them.

The learning plan you get after the quiz is a suggestion based on your answers. The Service is for education only. We don't promise any particular result, such as a job, a promotion or income.

When you finish a course you may receive a Vijasi certificate of completion. It shows that you completed our course. It is not an accredited academic or professional qualification.

Lessons may show you how to use AI tools made by other companies. Those tools are not part of the Service: they have their own terms, privacy policies and sometimes their own fees, and we are not affiliated with them unless we say so.

4. Your account

Your account is created when you buy a subscription, using the email address you paid with. You sign in with one-time codes that we send to that email; there is no password.

Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. Your account is for you only: don't share it or let others use it. Tell us at support@vijasi.com if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Subscriptions, prices and payment

Vijasi is sold as a subscription. Before you pay, the checkout shows the plan length (every 1, 4 or 12 weeks), the price of your first period and the regular renewal price. Prices are in US dollars. If taxes apply, they are shown at checkout.

• First period: your first period may be discounted, as shown at checkout (for example, the offer you get after the quiz).
• Automatic renewal: unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length of time, at the renewal price shown at checkout, and we charge your payment method for each new period.
• Authorisation: by subscribing, you authorise us (through our payment provider, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the first period and for each renewal until you cancel.
• Price changes: if we change the renewal price of your plan, we will email you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try again. If it still can't be collected, your subscription ends and your access stops at the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for paying in US dollars.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in either of these ways:

• Yourself: log in, choose “Manage subscription” and cancel on the secure subscription page (run by Stripe).
• By email: write to support@vijasi.com from the email address of your account and ask us to cancel. If a renewal is charged after the time we receive your request, we will refund that renewal.

When you cancel, no further payments are taken. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that, the subscription ends. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date (shown on the subscription page).

Deleting a bookmark or simply not using the Service does not cancel your subscription.

7. Refunds

Within 14 days of your first payment you can get the first period refunded, no questions asked. Renewal payments are generally not refunded. The details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

When you use the Service, don't:

• share your account, or copy, resell or publish our course content;
• scrape, download in bulk or automatically collect content from the Service;
• try to get around our security, access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others.

9. Our content

The course content, design and materials of the Service belong to Zobalabs LLC or our licensors. While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them for your own learning. Everything else is reserved.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time (section 6).

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must do so by law. If we close your account or stop offering the Service for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties beyond those set out in these Terms. AI tools change quickly, and lessons may not always reflect the latest version of a tool.

12. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost opportunities), and our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the place where you live.

13. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please email support@vijasi.com first: most issues can be sorted out quickly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of that place continue to apply to you.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will email you before it takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it applies.
